New Students,
Please call Director Wendy Bradshaw, (719) 839-1038, to discuss correct dance class placement for your child.

All Students,
Upon confirmation from Wendy or Jean, complete the applicable Registration Forms and return with $10 registration fee (per student, non-refundable) to The Spirit of Dance. You may place everything in the drop-off box at the South Park Rec Center or mail to:

Please read the Student Policy Handbook as it contains important information for the 2010-2011 Dance Season. You can pick up a Handbook from the rec center, or read the Handbook contents from the Site Index.

Classes for the 2010/2011 dance season will begin the week of September 13, 2010.

Tuition

One 30-minute class per week	$25/monthly	or $203/year (includes 10% off)
One 45-minute class per week	$40/monthly	or $324/year (includes 10% off)
One 1-hour class per week	$55/monthly	or $446/year (includes 10% off)
One 1¼-hour class per week	$67/monthly	or $543/year (includes 10% off)
One 1½-hour class per week	$80/monthly	or $648/year (includes 10% off)
Unlimited Rate per month	$160/monthly	or $1,440/year
Private Lessons/Solos/Duets	$30/hour

Tuition is due the FIRST WEEK of each month, via automatic withdrawal, credit card, check or cash. May’s tuition is due with April’s tuition.

If tuition is not paid, students will not be permitted to take classes. Late notices will be sent to those with delinquent accounts and will include a $15 late fee.

There is no additional charge for extra classes due to longer months. There is no refund for classes cancelled due to bad weather, however, we make every effort to find substitutes due to illness.

Costume deposits of $25 per class per student are due by October 1, 2010. And balances are due by December 1, 2010. Costumes will not be ordered for balances not paid in full by December 1, 2010. Orders placed after this date will include a $15 handling fee.

A $15 fee will be charged for checks returned for insufficient funds, bank account withdrawals declined for insufficient funds, and credit card transactions declined for any reason.
