10/8/2009	Recital Date CHANGE! Parents & Students, The recital date has been changed to Saturday, May 22, 2010 at 1pm and 7pm. Rehearsal will take place on Friday, May 21, 2010 at 10am. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you ~ Wendy
7/2/2009	2009-2010 Dance Season class schedule change Parents & Students, There has been a change to the 2009-2010 Dance Season class schedule. The times for the Tuesday Int/Adv Hip Hop class and the Tuesday Int/Adv Lyrical/Jazz class have been swapped. The new times are: Int/Adv Lyrical/Jazz (must take Ballet), Tue 6:00-7:30pm, taught by Wendy Int/Adv Hip Hop, Tue 7:30-8:15, taught by Elena The entire 2009-2010 Dance Season schedule may be viewed on the Classes page.
7/1/2009	Recital DVD, Pictures and don't forget about Summer Dance Camp! Hi Everyone, I hope that summer is treating you well, now that is has arrived ;-) I wanted to give you an update on DVDs and Pictures. I received the DVD proof last week. Some changes have to be made and some things added. As as soon as that happens, the DVDs will be mailed to you. I have a meeting with Dave Watson next week regarding pictures. You should be receiving an email in about a week 1/2 and be able to view and purchase pictures at that time. Sorry for the delay and I do want to thank you for your patience! SUMMER DANCE CAMP Ballet, Tap, Jazz/Lyrical and Hip Hop July 20 thru July 23, 2009 $10 per Class Or the entire Camp for $120 MODERN DANCE CAMP (taught by Gale Sanville) July 27 thru July 30, 2009 $15 per Class Or the entire Camp for $50 BELLY DANCE CAMP (taught by Cat Starnes) July 27 thru July 30, 2009 $15 per Class Or the entire Camp for $50 Let Jean or I know if you have any questions. 5/17/2009	2009-2010 Dance Season Dear Students and Parents, Welcome to The Spirit of Dance! This September we will be celebrating our 9th Season in Fairplay! We offer fun, unique classes designed to teach our students how to express beauty and emotion through the movement of dance. It is an absolute pleasure to work with students who continuously inspire me as an artist to keep learning, creating and dancing. I am looking forward to another fun year full of dance that will add to the enrichment of our lives here in Park County! As my studio continues to grow I feel it is important to communicate with my students and parents with as much information as possible about The Spirit of Dance. Please hold onto your 2009-2010 Student Policy Handbook. It will help you find information on the policies set at The Spirit of Dance. (The information can also be found on this website.) All students/parents must follow the polices set forth in the handbook. Classes begin September 14, 2009.
